On February 23, 2006 the largest, most luxurious oceanliner built in 2004 - the RMS Queen Mary 2 - paid a visit to the largest, most luxurious oceanliner of her time in 1936 - the RMS Queen Mary. Both ships served/serve the famous Cunard Line and share their name after Britain\\\'s Monarch\\\'s grandmother. Today, the first RMS Queen Mary enjoys her retirement years as a hotel, museum and convention centre in Long Beach, California since her retirement in 1967 after 31 years of service. The new Queen Mary 2 serves Cunard today as both a cruise ship and Trans-Atlantic liner. This video was briefly shown on Cunard Line\\\'s website highlighting the specticle when Queen Mary 2 sailed into Long Beach Harbor to pay tribute to the Queen Mary.
